If any item is faulty, we will need images/videos showing the fault. Free spare parts are offered within 7 days from the date order has been received. Only manufacturing or material defects are covered by guarantee.
It DOES NOT apply to normal wear and tear, serviceable parts, neglect, abuse, accidental damage, glass damage due to installation. Please DO NOT book any plumbers/builders until you have received and checked your item. Please note we DO NOT reimburse cost of installation/fitting. If you have installed your product and have then realized fault we will not cover or reimburse the cost of this, as we state everything must be checked over before booking in works.
