Large Custom Made Solid Wood Waxed Pine Welsh Dresser. This is a very large solidly built and rather heavy waxed pine dresser that was custom made for the property we moved into. Sadly, this is now surplus to requirement following a recent kitchen refit and therefore needs a new home! Please note that this item has been used so it will show signs of use with a few marks etc.

This dresser separates into two sections and has two cut out groove sections at each end of the base unit for the top shelving section to slot in securely. This has been very well looked after, although there is just a slight knock on the top of the base unit at the front edge (see photo). The back shelving has vertical inset detailing running down the back of the cabinet giving interest and each shelf edge has a slightly raised edge to stop plates sliding off the edge. There is also some nice wood banding detail along each of the front shelf edges.

The drawers are fully jointed and each drawer moves in and out easily without sticking. The 3 cupboard doors are also jointed and open and close easily, and there are magnetic strips at the top to keep them closed.

Inside the cupboard section there is an internal shelf running along the full length of the unit to maximise storage potential. Total dresser width (including plinth) 150cm. Total dresser base depth (including plinth) 49cm. Total separate top shelving section depth 21cm. Fixed shelf space heights 35cm (32cm for the very top shelf).

(Separated - base section height 89cm). (Separated - top shelving section height 109cm). Bottom of unit to shelf height 26cm. Top of shelf to top of unit height 23cm.
