LARGE CREAM / IVORY PAINTED PINE WARDROBE. FARROW & BALL WIMBORNE WHITE.

3 DOORS, 3 DRAWERS, CRYSTAL KNOBS. 3 door pine wardrobe with crystal knobs. Has 3 deep well built drawers and a total 1m 60cm of hanging rail.

Painted in Farrow and Ball Wimborne White no. Finished with clear Briwax to protect the paint and give a soft satin sheen. In very good used condition, a few marks but well looked after. Much loved wardrobe, sad to see it go but the room is being redesigned as an office. Separates into 4 pieces for transportation - base with drawers, 2 hanging compartments & pelmet. Left compartment with doors is the biggest piece 150 x 112 x 55cm. We transported it in 2 trips in a large estate car when we bought it. (all as accurate as I can but allow +/- a cm).

Height - 1m 93cm / 193cm. Width - pelmet - 1m 85cm.

Main body - 1m 68cm. At base - 1m 72cm. Depth - pelmet - 63.5cm. Interior of drawers H 16cm x W 50cm x D 42.5cm. Wardrobe was thoroughly sanded down and undercoated with Zinisser before painting.

The outside is painted in F & B Wimborne White & then finished with clear Briwax to protect the paint and give a soft satin sheen. The wax slightly darkens the paint colour so it is a very pale cream / ivory / off white. The entire interior has also been undercoated then painted in Dulux Timeless Silk to ensure it is easy to wipe down and keep clean. It also gives a professional look - wood interior and painted exterior looks half finished! No chalk paint was used on this wardrobe!
