Antique Mahogany Chest of Drawers. Gorgeous and characterful very large antique Victorian mahogany 6 drawer bow front chest of drawers with a lovely antique patina to the surface and a small secret drawer to the top. A splendid chest of drawers it has great Victorian styling and is in lovely, clean, characterful condition and can be used straight away. The chest has been restored and refinished in the past and looks fabulous.

The bow front mahogany veneer top is above an arrangement of 2 smaller and 4 larger graduated and cockbeaded bow front drawers. A secret drawer is to the top and can be opened through the inside of the top drawers. A shaped apron is to the base with turned bun feet to the front and bracket feet to the back. All the drawers have dove tail joints, mahogany knobs are fitted to the fronts, the drawers slide fine and are nice and clean inside.

In lovely, solid, clean condition, long thin splits to the side and top have been expertly filled and blended in during the restoration (pictured), small chips to the veneer around the top drawers and the bottom plinth (pictured), otherwise it just has the usual small marks and blemishes to the surfaces but only what you would expect to see.
